2. Custom Box Functionality
Our website allows you to create customized snack boxes.
Accuracy of Selection: You are responsible for ensuring that the items selected in your custom box meet your preferences and dietary needs.
Substitutions: While we make every effort to provide the exact snacks selected, MIMAJO HEALTHY SNACKS LTD reserves the right to substitute an item with a similar product of equal or greater value if a specific snack becomes out of stock after your order is placed.
3. Health & Allergy Disclaimer
Product Information: We provide ingredient and nutritional information for our snacks. It is your responsibility to read all labels carefully.
Allergies: Our snacks may be processed in facilities that handle nuts, dairy, soy, gluten, and other allergens. We cannot guarantee the total absence of cross-contamination.
Medical Advice: The “healthy” nature of our snacks is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical or nutritional advice.
4. Orders and Payments
Pricing: All prices on https://mimajosnacks.com are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Payment: We accept payments through our secure WooCommerce checkout. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
Refusal of Order: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Service Area: We ship from Limassol to locations across Cyprus (and other regions if specified at checkout).
Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds (Perishable Goods)
Due to the perishable nature of food products:
No Returns: We generally do not accept returns for snack items once they have been dispatched.
Damaged Goods: If your box or snacks arrive damaged or defective, you must contact us at info@mimajosnacks.com or 99251616 within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos of the damage.
Refunds: Approved refunds for damaged goods will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

All content on https://mimajosnacks.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of MIMAJO HEALTHY SNACKS LTD and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
